PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake device for a vehicle capable of preventing wear debris of a pad from flowing to the outside while securing versatility. SOLUTION: The disk brake device 10 for the vehicle is provided with a disk rotor 12 and the pad 18. The pad 18 is electrically connected with an electrostrictive actuator 22. The electrostrictive actuator 22 is provided behind a pad inspection hole 20 provided at a caliper 14 and generates voltage when receiving wind pressure by an air current through the pad inspection hole 20 while the vehicle is travelling. The voltage by the electrostrictive actuator 22 is applied to both ends of the pad 18 which is an insulator 56 by support springs 23 which are conductors 52, 54 and electrical charge is given on a surface of the pad 18 which is the insulator 56. As the wear debris of the pad 18 generated when braking the vehicle is adsorbed by the charged pad 18, it is possible to prevent the wear debris from flowing out of a wheel.
