The present invention refers to a combination of at least 2 UV-absorbing active substances (A) and (B), wherein the UV-absorbing active substance (A) is at least one heptaazaphenalene compound of the general formula (I), whic h is defined in the description and the UV-absorbing active substance (B) is at least one compound which has its absorption maximum .lambda.maX(B) in th e range of UV-A or UV-B radiation.
