A preparation method of ceramic powder emitting far-infrared rays is provided to reduce the preparation costs and improve preparation efficiency of ceramic powder, and cure atopic dermatitis of baby due to far-infrared rays by coating fabric for diaper or baby's clothes with the ceramic powder. A preparation method of ceramic powder with 0.5 mum or less having atopy-curing effects comprises the steps of: mixing 90-99 wt.% of synthetic silica(SiO2) with aqueous solution having 1-10 wt.% of dissolved aqueous metal salts in a volume ratio of 10:1 to 2:1, and naturally drying the mixture to prepare solid form of fine powder; and calcinating the fine powder at 600-900 deg. C to absorb the synthetic silica into the metal salts. The ceramic powder coated diaper or baby's clothes are prepared by adding 0.5-5 wt.% of the ceramic powder into materials for manufacturing yarn for diaper or baby's clothes or coating the woven fabric with the ceramic powder.
