An interstitial water extractor is provided to prevent a sample from leaking by fixing a filter in an extracting container. An interstitial water extractor comprises an extracting container(100), a cover(200), a gas injecting pipe(220), a filter(150), and a collecting container(300). The extracting container, the upper part of which is opened to store a sample, and has an interstitial water discharge hole(110) penetrated at the lower part. The cover is detachably installed on the upper part of the extractor container and has a gas injection hole(210). The gas injection pipe connects an external gas supply source to the gas injection hole. The filter is installed in the extracting container to cover an inlet of the interstitial water discharge hole. The collecting container is detachably installed on the lower part of the extracting container to be connected with an outlet of the interstitial water discharge hole.
