PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a stator manufacturing device and to improve reliability of a coupling stationary part between a segment coil and a stator core in a rotary electric machine stator.SOLUTION: A stator 10 includes a stator core 12, a plurality of segment coils 30 and a stator cuff support 40. The segment coil 30 includes a plurality of conductor segments and fixed to the stator core 12 by varnish. The stator cuff support 40 is disposed on one end face of the stator core 12 in an axial direction. The stator cuff support includes: an outer annular part 41 that is disposed on a yoke part of the stator core; a plurality of cuff support teeth extending on a plurality of stator teeth; an inner annular part connected to an inner end of the plurality of cuff support teeth in a radial direction; and a cuff support slot 51. The outer annular part or the inner annular part includes a varnish guide surface 43a that is formed closer to an axially central side as it faces a side of a cuff support slot 51 in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
