AGENT FOR FUNGAL DERMATITIS

Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for a fungal dermatitis, which comprises luliconazole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. Also disclosed is a composition for the treatment of a fungal dermatitis, which comprises (1) luliconazole or lanoconazole in a substantially molten state as an active ingredient, (2) an oily base, (3) an emulsifying agent in an amount of 0.5 to 3 mass% relative to the total amount of the composition, (4) water, and (5) an emulsion stabilizer in an amount of 0.5 to 1.5 mass% relative to the total amount of the composition. It becomes possible to provide: a therapeutic agent for a fungal dermatitis, which has a potent activity against a fungus that can cause the fungal dermatitis; and a composition having various properties suitable for use in the treatment of a fungal dermatitis.
