The holder (14) has a claw (34) electrically connected to a tubular cylindrical wall (24) radially delimiting a body. The claw contacts a body (43) of a high voltage connector (32) so as to discharge the holder which is electrically charged by an electromagnetic field emitted by a lamp (18). The claw extends in a tangential direction with respect to the wall and is carried by a rear end portion of a longitudinal finger that is fixed to an external face of the wall.
