<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical device capable of homogenizing substances formed in individual reactions by equally sending a fluid to at least two microreaction parts. <P>SOLUTION: In the microchemical device 10 equipped with a plurality of liquid sending flow channels 22a, 22b, 22c and 22d for sending a liquid to a plurality of reaction regions from at least one fluid supply means, a plurality of liquid sending microflow channel parts 34 narrower than the reaction regions in cross-sectional area are provided to plurality of the liquid sending flow channels respectively.
