PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam box for freezing, usable from a refrigeration/freezing process of food to a transportation process so as not to generate surplus waste matters, easily cooling (freezing) food in the refrigeration/freezing process, and hardly thawing food in the transportation process.SOLUTION: A foam box 1 for freezing includes an inner box 2 molded from foam synthetic resin, and an outer box 3 having side plates 3b, 3c, 3d, and 3e engaged with the side plates 2b, 2c, 2d, and 2e of the inner box 2 from outside. The side plates 2b, 2c, 2d, and 2e of the inner box 2 are formed with recessed notch grooves 2f as a plurality of vent holes to be a gap between an internal space in the inner box 2 and outside air. Owing to the structure, the foam box 1 for freezing is usable from a refrigeration/freezing process of food to a transportation process, easily cools (freezes) food in the refrigeration/freezing process, and hardly thaws food in the transportation process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
