The screw point (4), when looking in screwing direction (Z), has the first section of the point (4a) narrowing in direction of the screw element end and the adjacent second section of the point (4b) with a polygonal cross section, when looking in transverse direction, the diameter (dh) of the enveloping circumference of which is more than the diameter (d) of the rod of the first section of the point (4a). The first section of the point (4a) has a round cross section. In the transition between the first section of the point (4a) and the second section of the point (4b) on the second section of the point there is an end edge surface (9), directed radially to the central axis (X-X) of screw in direction of diameter increase, ending in the angular point (15) of the polygonal cross section that lies on the enveloping circumference of the second section of the point (4b).
