FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to downhole protection device (1) for downhole tool (2), which regulates power delivery from drive to an electric component placed in the tool (2). The device (1) comprises the first element (3) including a group of conductors (4), the second element (6) comprising a group of conductors (7), and driving gear (31) for movement of the first element (3) in regard to the second element (6). Conductors of the first element (3) are represented by the first conductors (8) and the second conductors (9). At least two of the first conductors (8) have large square area of surface than the second conductors (9), and that is why the first conductors (8) transfer bigger quantity of electric energy to conductors of the second element (6) in comparison with the second conductors (9).EFFECT: development of downhole protection device for downhole tool, which prevents unintended operations at break occurrence in the tool.15 cl, 9 dwg |
