Disclosed is a vehicle seat with an energy absorption structure, comprising a seat cushion side plate (2) and an angle regulator lower connection plate (1), wherein a shock groove (10) is provided on the angle regulator lower connection plate, and the shock groove comprises a straight groove part and a circular groove part which are in vertical communication. The vehicle seat also comprises: an energy absorption sheet (3) comprising an annular part (31), a positioning part (32) and a shock breaking part (33) connected between the annular part and the positioning part; a first nut (6) fixed on the seat cushion side plate; and a stepped bolt (4) which comprises a head part, a step part and a bolt stem coaxially connected in succession, wherein the bolt stem is in threaded connection to the first nut successively through the circular groove part and the annular part so that the step part penetrates through the circular groove part, and force fits with the energy absorption sheet. The seat has a simple structure, is convenient for mounting, and can crumple and absorb energy in the course of a collision. |
