摘要 In the present invention, upon adjusting a device, when an electromagnetic valve (37) is opened, a gas which is formed by vaporizing perfluorotributylamine which is stored in a container (35) is drawn into an ion source (31). The amount of gas introduced depends on the ambient temperature, and consequently, the detected signal value is also affected by the ambient temperature. Accordingly, the relationship between the ambient temperature and a correction coefficient of a real signal value is experimentally determined in advance and pre-stored in a storage unit (44). At the time of actual adjustment, an ambient temperature acquisition unit (43) reads the ambient temperature at that point in time from a sensor (38), and determines a correction coefficient which is in accordance with the ambient temperature at that time by referencing correction information which is stored in the storage unit (44). A signal value correction unit (41) corrects the real signal value by multiplying a measured peak-area value by the correction coefficient. A device adjustment control unit (46) adjusts the voltage imparted to an ion detector (34) so that the corrected real-signal value matches a reference signal value. Due to the foregoing, the voltage imparted to the ion detector (34) can be adjusted so that, regardless of the ambient temperature, the gain of the detector remains constant.
