FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of low-rise buildings. House comprises, mounted on a foundation, inner and outer walls, covers and structures facilitating movement from floor to floor. Outer and inner walls are made in form of columns and window units arranged in three concentric circles so that each of said walls is formed by alternating adjoining columns and window units to each other. Said concentric circles define an area, such that on areas located between inner and middle circles are residential premises, on squares located inside inner circles are kitchens, bathrooms and toilets, and on areas located between outer and middle circles - winter garden and ramp, arranged along a helical line with pitch equal to height of floor. Ramp blades are fixed on beams arranged in radial directions along a helical line with pitch equal to height of floor, provided that each beam is attached by its ends on columns of outer and inner circles.EFFECT: invention enables to reduce material consumption and costs on power and operation of structure.1 cl, 4 dwg |
