PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an efficient output of a low-frequency clock signal with a simple and small-scale configuration.SOLUTION: An oscillation device 10 includes a ring oscillation circuit 1, a delay circuit 2, and a signal circulation circuit 11. The ring oscillation circuit 1 is a circuit including an odd number of inverter elements 5, where the odd number is three or greater. The delay circuit 2 is a circuit in which a delay time between input and output signals is longer than a total delay time of all of the inverter elements 5 in the ring oscillation circuit 1. The signal circulation circuit 11 is a circuit for diverting a signal of an intermediate signal path in the ring oscillation circuit 1 to the delay circuit 2 a plurality of times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
