PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device performing a dispensing operation in consideration of the reduction of a cost or a process loss, an automatic analysis device, and a dispensing method.SOLUTION: An error detection determination part 34, upon receipt of notification indicating that a liquid surface is detected from a liquid surface detection part 33, determines whether the detection of the liquid surface is correct or not. In the error detection determination part 34, when a probe 40 is determined to have normally reached the liquid surface, a control part 32 makes the probe 40 suck a reagent. On the other hand, in the error detection determination part 34, when the probe is erroneously determined to have reached the liquid surface, the control part 32 determines whether the reagent is a dispensing priority reagent (predetermined reagent). When determined that the reagent is not the dispensing priority reagent, the control part 32 stops the dispensing operation, and when determined that the reagent is the dispensing priority reagent, the control part sets a liquid surface detection parameter again via a sensitivity adjustment part 35, and makes the probe fall downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
