摘要 The differentiation efficiency of stem cells can be further increased by mimicking an in vivo cardiomyocytes microenvironment, which differentiates stem cells by simultaneously applying electric and mechanical stimuli to stem cells inoculated into a support simultaneously having piezoelectricity and elasticity. Therefore, according to the present invention, a method for differentiating stem cells can be utilized in various studies and can be utilized in the treatment of cardiomyocyte-associated diseases including myocardial infarction.
