PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize process processing capability in data migration means and shorten a data migration time.SOLUTION: A data migration tuning device 100 is configured to include: a storage device 101 in which is stored the information that prescribes the ideal value of a resource use rate in data migration source and data migration destination servers 10, 20 when data is migrated; and a CPU 104 for acquiring the result of a prescribed data migration processing test by a data migration tool 50 provided in either the server 10 or 20 and dividing the ideal value by the resource use rates of the servers 10, 20 that are indicated by the result, thereby specifying the number of process parallels that is to be set to the data migration tool 50 and executing a process for outputting a value indicating the number of process parallels to a display device 106.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
