MOLD FOR LOW TEMPERATURE SEMI-SOLID CHAMBER DIE CASTING AND DIE CASTING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

A mold for a low temperature semisolid/semiliquid chamber die casting and a die casting apparatus using the same are provided to manufacture a product with higher strength by micronizing the casting structure and reduce defective proportion of a product and increase productivity by densifying the casting structure. A low temperature semiliquid chamber die casting apparatus as a low temperature chamber die casting apparatus comprises a ladle(700) for supplying a complete liquid phase metal(600) into the sleeve, a sleeve(304) for maintaining the liquid phase metal as a complete liquid phase, a plunger(800) for pressuring molten metal into a mold, and an electromagnetic stirrer(301) for stirring molten metal, wherein the electromagnetic stirrer is installed only on a mold sleeve(303) of the mold after passing an end of the sleeve, wherein the mold sleeve is manufactured of stainless steel, and wherein the electromagnetic stirrer is installed on at least a portion of the sleeve and installed on the mold sleeve of the mold after passing the end of the sleeve.
