PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop emitting device capable of adjusting liquid droplet velocity and/or liquid droplet amount. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet emitting device includes a liquid droplet generator. A liquid droplet firing waveform 51 provided at the liquid droplet firing interval with the liquid droplet generator, is a bipolar signal containing in sequence a positive pulse component 61, a first negative pulse component 71, a delay and a second negative pulse component 72.
