PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a substrate for solidifying a protein or a peptide on a surface with an activity and a function thereof maintained, and for evaluating an interaction kinetic with a biomolecule or a biomolecule aggregate contained in a sample. SOLUTION: In this method of measuring the interaction kinetics, the plurality of proteins or peptides is solidified on a coplanar substrate, and the interaction kinetics of the protein or the peptide with the biomolecule or the biomolecule aggregate contained in the sample, by bringing simultaneously or sequentially the protein or the peptide solidified on the coplanar substrate into contact with the sample containing the biomolecule or the biomolecule aggregate.
