PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of improving assembly work efficiency with a number of components reduced, and to provide a lighting device using this light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 6 is provided with: an installation member 60 having a base board inserting groove 602 formed with a surface side supporting part 602a and a back face side supporting part 602b opposed to either edge part of a base board 61; and the base board 61 with light-emitting elements 62 mounted on a surface side to be slid-inserted into the inserting groove 602 of the installation member 60, and at the same time, with the surface side supporting part 602a caulked to be attached and fixed to the installation member 60. |
