PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition which is excellent in foamability, can moistly wash up the skin without depriving the moisture of the skin, can hold the non-dry, moist skin without giving loads to the skin, even when used for a long period of time, has high safety for the skin, and is excellent in handleability. SOLUTION: This liquid or creamy skin cleanser composition comprises an N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid arginine salt obtained by neutralizing an N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid with agrinine in a molar ratio of 10/18 to 10/24.
