The present invention relates to a die casting machine with an optimal pressurization type sleeve and a plunger. In a process wherein a molten casting liquid flows into a mold; female and male uneven type protrusion rib, and a rib groove are formed on an inner circumference of a sleeve to correspond to an outer circumference of the plunger. A narrow section which becomes narrow towards the mold in a straight direction is formed in the protrusion rib and the rib groove; and when the casting liquid flows into a cavity in the mold, the casting liquid is evenly distributed at a predetermined pressure to perform die casting. Also, in accordance with a selective embodiment of the present invention, the plunger rotates at a fixated section in the sleeve as necessary, and the casting liquid can be evenly distributed on an inner circumference along the circumference of the sleeve without being biased to one side by a swirl phenomenon. Moreover, the sleeve forms a cooling water chamber or a cooling water cooler on the outer circumference, and a water inflow line and a water discharge line are formed to divide a horizontal line based on a center circulation point to obtain even cooling efficiency on all sections in a longitudinal direction of the sleeve; thereby minimizing a temperature deviation of the cooling water flowing inside and discharged outside, and preventing the cooling efficiency from being degraded. The die casting machine prevents casting and pressing efficiency from being degraded when a gap is generated as the plunger and the sleeve are deformed (thermal shock or thermal deformation) due to degradation of cooling efficiency (or overheat of concentration cooling unit) in an existing invention. |
