<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily synthesizing an organopolysiloxane containing a radiation-polymerizable functional group without using catalysts and steps such as filtration, a method for synthesizing an organopolysiloxane containing a radiation-polymerizable functional group, giving a radiation-curable organopolysiloxane composition having excellent storage stability, and especially suitable as a coating agent for electric-electronic parts and circuits and a sealing agent for flat panel displays, and a composition of the organopolysiloxane containing a radiation-polymerizable functional group. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an organopolysiloxane containing a radiation-polymerizable functional group comprises the reaction of an organosilylamine containing a radiation-polymerizable functional group with an organosiloxane polymer having a hydroxysilyl group.
