DEAERATOR, AND DEAERATION/GAS INJECTION APPARATUS

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerator and a deaeration/gas injection apparatus generating a liquid with a high deaeration degree in a short period of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The deaerator includes: a liquid storage tank; a pressure-feeding means for pressure-feeding the liquid in the tank in the downstream direction; a first pipe with one end communicated with the tank and the other end communicated with the suction part of the pressure-feeding means; a second pipe with one end communicated with the discharge part of the pressure-feeding means and the other part communicated with the tank; a cavity generating means provided in the second pipe and generating a cavity by super-cavitation; and a pressure reducing means reducing the pressure in the tank.
