The present invention relates to compounds of formula (V), and a preparation method and a medical use thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to derivatives of the compounds of the general formula (V), and a preparation method and a use thereof as a therapeutic agent in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hepatic steatosis, type II diabetes, hyperglycemia, obesity or insulin resistance syndrome and metabolic syndrome, and in the preparation of an antitumour drug. The compounds disclosed in the present invention can also reduce the total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides, increase hepatic LDL receptor expression, and inhibit PCSK9 expression. |
