Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a communication method, a user equipment (UE) and a communication device for same, allowing an IMS to perceive handover of the UE and to facilitate subsequent charging and called domain selection. In one embodiment, the UE initiates a re-registration process after completing handover between WiFi and LTE, and carries UE handover-related information to an application server in the IMS by means of a registration request. In another embodiment, after the UE completes handover between WiFi and LTE, a P-CSCF perceives handover of the UE on the basis of an IP-CAN session process, an IP-CAN change event, an RAT-change event or similar, then the P-CSCF notifies the application server in the IMS of the handover of the UE by means of a NOTIFY request, a MESSAGE request, an INFO request, an INVITE request or similar. |
