PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer, a printing method and a data creation program for manufacturing a printing plate capable of achieving glossy feeling with varnish while keeping material feeling of a substrate.SOLUTION: A printer comprises: a printing part performing printing on a printing surface of a substrate using ink suitable to a printing pattern; and a varnish application part applying varnish to a printing region, in which the printing has been done with ink on the printing surface, without applying varnish to a background region, in which no printing has been done.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
