PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform image correction more appropriate for preference of a user in accordance with a situation of a subject image within an imaging range.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 includes an image acquisition part 51, an image correction part 58, and a correction preprocessing part 57. The image acquisition part 51 acquires an image. The image correction part 58 performs distortion correction on the image that is acquired by the image acquisition part 51. The correction preprocessing part 57 discriminates an inclination of a face of a person in the image that is acquired by the image acquisition part 51. The correction preprocessing part 57 performs control in such a manner that the correction means performs the distortion correction on the image with a strength corresponding to the discrimination inclination of the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
