PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding device which hardly generates damage when a plurality of resin members are to be bonded with self-drilling type rivets.SOLUTION: A bonding device which drives self-drilling type rivets 10 with a punch into a plurality of resin members 41, 42 disposed on a die 20 to bond them includes a die 10 for receiving resin members 41, 42 and legs 12 of the self-drilling type rivets 10, a die supporting member 25 made of an insulator to support the die 10, a high-frequency wave electromagnetic induction coil 26 disposed in the die supporting member 25, a pre-clamp 33 made of an insulator to fix the resin members 41, 42 on the die 10, a high-frequency wave electromagnetic induction coil 36 wound around the pre-clamp 33, and a punch made of an insulator to drive the self-drilling type rivets 10. A plurality of resin members 41, 42 are bonded by driving the self-drilling type rivets 10 and fusing the plurality of resin members 41, 42 with one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
