PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide graphene which has high electrical conductivity, can be prepared by a relatively simple and easily controllable process, has a relatively complete carbon layer structure, and enables the stable quality to be secured.SOLUTION: There are provided one kind of graphene and a method of preparing the same. The method comprises the steps of: grinding and sieving thermally-oxidized polyacrylonitrile oligomer, then drying a resulting product at room temperature, thereby yielding a thermally-oxidized precursor; calcining the thermally-oxidized precursor under protection of an inert gas under conditions of a gas flow of 10 to 500 ml/min and a temperature of 400 to 1000°C for 1 to 24 hours, thereby yielding a low temperature carbonized precursor; and calcining the low temperature carbonized precursor under protection of an inert gas under conditions of a gas flow of 10 to 500 ml/min and a temperature of 1000 to 3000°C for 1 to 10 hours, thereby yielding a graphene material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
