PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a woody composite board which is excellent in boiling immerse peelability and can secure sufficient closed accumulation time during operation.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a woody composite board which includes bonding a plywood formed from one tree kind selected from larch, eucalyptus, falcata and Pinus radiata and a woody plate through an aqueous adhesive and thereby laminating and integrating the plywood and the woody plate with each other, where the aqueous adhesive contains vinyl acetate resin-based emulsion (A) obtained by polymerizing a monomer component which uses acetoacetylated polyvinyl alcohol as a protective colloid and contains at least vinyl acetate, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion (B), and preferably, a plasticizer (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
