PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a provider unit of component estimation information capable of efficiently acquiring and outputting a piece of information of an unevaluated component.SOLUTION: An evaluation item determination section 32 refers to a piece of component data which represents components (standard component data 60 and special component data 62) of a PC collected from PCs 70 and an evaluated component DB 42 which stores evaluated components to determine whether or not any unevaluated components are included. As a result of the determination by the evaluation item determination section, when any unevaluated component is found, a user monitor management section 34 requires the PCs to perform monitoring. A publication section 36 creates a piece of publication information based on the monitoring state data (information of use) of the unevaluated component obtained by the monitoring to output the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
