PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and kits comprising ectodomains isolated from influenza virus.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition comprising at least one ISCOM matrix, at least one ectodomain of at least one hemagglutinin domain, and at least one ectodomain from at least one neuraminidase domain derived one or more influenza virus, where the ectodomains correspond to the ectodomains isolated from the influenza virus, and the composition comprises different ISCOM matrix particles containing adjuvant fraction A or fraction C respectively. The composition may be used as an immune stimulating agent, immune modulating pharmaceutical or a vaccine against influenza for vertebrates such as birds and mammals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
