PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery device with improved long-period reliability.SOLUTION: A fuel battery device comprises: a fuel battery module 2 having a fuel battery cell for reacting fuel gas with oxygen containing gas to generate an electromotive force; an oxygen containing gas supply section 21 for supplying the oxygen containing gas to the fuel battery module 2; and a flow path formation section 8 connected to the fuel battery module 2 at one end and connected to the oxygen containing gas supply section 21 at the other end, and for supplying the oxygen containing gas to the fuel battery module 2 from the oxygen containing gas supply section 21. The flow path formation section 8 is provided with an oxygen containing gas reverse-flow restraining section 29 for restraining the oxygen containing gas supplied to the fuel battery module 2 from flowing to the oxygen containing gas supply section 21. |
