PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of easily and surely adjusting a position and an attitude in the plane direction of a work, in a process of transferring the work in a predetermined direction.SOLUTION: This device 1 comprises a placing part 10 for placing a work W, a guide part 20 extending in a predetermined direction, a plurality of movable parts 30 provided in the guide part 20 in a movable state, and a plurality of link parts 40 for connecting one end part to the placing part 10 in a rotatable state and connecting the other end part to any of the respective movable parts 30 in a rotatable state. The respective movable parts 30 move at a predetermined speed in a predetermined direction on the guide part 20, so that the placing part 10 moves at a predetermined speed in the same predetermined direction via the link parts 40, and moves and/or rotates in the plane direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
