PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid blowing device capable of supplying fine air bubbles or droplets into a liquid stably.SOLUTION: A fluid blowing device comprises: a blowing pipe having a discharge hole for discharging a fluid to a liquid which has a flow; and a drift member disposed on an upstream side of the flow of the liquid relative to the discharge hole. The drift member changes the flow of the liquid so that a flow of the liquid in an area where the fluid discharged from the discharge hole arrives in the liquid becomes faster than a flow of the liquid on an upstream side of the same area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
