PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implantation capable of securing aesthetic property, voice, and dental articulation of a patient and further enhancing a freedom degree of positioning, for optimizing implantation stability and success of implantation.SOLUTION: A dental upper structure comprises: a screw groove 1 into which a screw member is inserted; and a screw member seat 3 for providing support to a head part of the screw member when fixing the dental upper structure to a spacer component or implantation 5. A production method of the dental upper structure is also provided. The dental upper structure comprises a center shaft of the screw groove 1 and a center shaft of a second opening 4, at least parts of them do not match.
