PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving means estimation model capable of estimating moving means with high precision.SOLUTION: In a moving means estimation model generation device 1 which generates a moving means estimation model so as to estimate moving means on the basis of a GPS track, a track map image generation part 180 while generating an unlabeled track map image on the basis of a track image extracted from an unlabeled GPS track segment and a map image corresponding to the track segment generates a labeled track map image on the basis of a track image extracted from a labeled GPS track segment and a map image corresponding to the labeled GPS track segment. An estimation model generation part 140 generates the moving means estimation model on the basis of a combined feature quantity obtained by combining together a DNN feature quantity extracted from a learning result of a multi-layered neural network based upon the unlabeled track map image and labeled track map image and a feature quantity extracted from the labeled GPS track segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
