PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a difficulty in maintaining the novelty in the game performances attributed to the fixation of device components for the game performances in the conventional game machines. SOLUTION: The game performances are displayed on a liquid crystal panel 39d provided on a reel display window part 39 as well during the game on the slot machines hence allowing the liquid crystal 39d to serve as a new device component for the game performances. As a result, it is possible to carry out new game performances with the liquid crystal panel 39d, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the novelty in the game performances. Opening parts 5a, 6a and 7a and opening parts 5b, 6b and 7b which enables the observation of symbols variably displayed on the reels 2 to 4 are formed individually on a diffusion sheet 39f and a photoguide 39g. This reduces the foreign matters blocking the passage of light existing until the variable display is made from a transparent acrylic plate 39a to the reels 2-4, thereby improving the visual recognizability of the symbols variably displayed on the individual reels 2-4.
