PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means that can provide a place or environment a conventional office does not have for office workers, which is movable in any position in an office, facilitates gathering people in the office, and provides a "place" that generates naturally occurring communication among gathering people. SOLUTION: A base 1 has an upper surface which is flat and has a required height. The base 1 has wheels 2 for moving on the lower surface and has at least one support rod 3 on the circumferential edge.
