PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet and a cushion material to be used for furniture such as chairs or the like, which are excellent in simplicity, safety, cost efficiency, comfortability, and fashionability, having antistatic and lightweight properties. SOLUTION: The use of a spiral fabric made of elastic polyester monofilaments brings breathing, cushioning, and highly retaining properties, which makes it possible to integrally form a conventionally-used fabric for chairs, with cushioning and retaining materials, and to achieve the light weight. The use of a conductive fabric also brings antistatic effect. The use of elastic polyester monofilaments containing light-storing fluorescent material realizes the highly fashionable sheet and cushioning material to be used for furniture such as chairs or the like.
