PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable connection device in general without concentrating load of external force to a column on an anchor bolt. SOLUTION: A connection base frame 1 having a U-shaped cross section consisting of a base piece 4 and connecting pieces 5 and 5 is fitted to an attached hole 9 vertically bored in a foundation B. The anchor bolt b erected in a footing concrete C mounting the foundation B thereon is inserted in a bottom wall section Ba of the base piece 4 of the connection base frame 1 and the attached hole 9, a nut 12 is screwed to the front end of the anchor bolt b projected from the base piece 4, a tenon frame 7 attached to the column P and projected from the lower surface of the column P is fitly inserted in the inside of the connecting pieces 5 and 5 of the connection base frame 1, and the tenon frame 7 and the connecting pieces 5 are attached with each other with a connecting lever 19 fitly inserted in the foundation B.
