摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switchgear manufacturing method that enables sure insulation layers to be formed on portions that should be insulated on a conductor surface. <P>SOLUTION: In this power switchgear manufacturing method, the insulating layers 16, 17 are formed on the surface of conductive members 18a, 18b making up of the power switchgear, using a powder-coating material, whose average diameter of the number of particles is 20μm or larger. Preferably, the relation among the thickness of the insulation layers (x), the number of coating times (t), and the number-average particle diameter (a) of the powder coating material is "2a≤x/t≤7a" and 70% or higher of the particles, constituting the powder coating material, is 10μm-100μm in the particle diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
