<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording system which can improve processing efficiency by totally increasing processing speed by using a plurality of image recorders of different types. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes; a plurality of the image recorders 301, a common storing means for recording mediums 302 used in common with these image recorders 301, a recorder information retaining means 303 for retaining state of recorder information indicating being in action or standing by, and an image recording instruction means 304 for carrying out an image recording instruction by finding the image recorder 301 which is standing by on the basis of the state of recorder information retained in the recorder information retaining means 303 when an image recording request is accepted. At the same time, the system is composed so that a plurality of image recording processes are processed in parallel when the image recording request is accepted during an image recording process by at least one image recorder 301 and an image recording instruction is made to a standing by image recorder 301 by an image recording instruction means 304. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
