PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine derivative useful for treatment of eye diseases and disorders, e.g. age-related macular degeneration and Stargardt Disease, and a pharmaceutical composition using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided an amine derivative represented by the formula (A) and a pharmaceutical composition using the same. In the formula (A), Z is a bond, an alkylene group which may be substituted by a hydroxyl group, an oxo group or the like, -X-alkylene group or the like; X is -O-, -S-, -S(=O)-, -NH- or the like; G is an alkyl group which may be substituted by a hydroxyl group, a phenyl group or the like; R, R, R, and Rare H, an alkyl group or the like; each Ris a halogen atom, an alkoxy group, an alkyl group, a fluoroalkyl group or the like; and n is an integer of 0 to 4. |
