PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical interference tomographic device which aligns positional deviation in vertical and horizontal directions and positional deviation in a rotation direction.SOLUTION: An optical interference tomographic device acquires a plurality of tomographic images of an object to be measured on the basis of interference light obtained by making return light of light emitted to an object to be measured interfere with reference light (S101, S103), evaluates image quality of the plurality of tomographic images (S104), selects a reference image to be the reference of alignment at the time of generating a composite image from the plurality of tomographic images on the basis of the evaluation of image quality (S105), and generates the composite image by composing the plurality of tomographic images with the selected tomographic image as the reference image (S110). The optical interference tomographic device generates the composite image by aligning the positional deviation in the vertical and horizontal directions and the positional deviation in the rotation direction between each of the plurality of tomographic images other than the reference image and the reference image at the time of generating the composite image (S109). |
