<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a comparatively small high-frequency module for transmitting and receiving, such as, communication signals of GSM850/GSM900/DCS/PCS, using a single antenna inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency module includes a GaAsSW for selecting and connecting any one of an RF1 terminal to an RF4 terminal, to an antenna input output terminal ANT which is connected to the antenna. A GSM transmission signa input terminal Tx12 is connected to the RF1 terminal of the GaAsSW via a low-pass filter LPF1, then a DCS/PCS transmission signal input terminal Tx34 is connected to an RF2 terminal via a low-pass filter LPF2. A GSM850 reception signal output terminal Rx1 and a PCS reception signal output terminal Rx4 are connected to an RF3 terminal via a diplexer DiPX10, then a GSM900 reception signal output terminal Rx2 and a DCS reception signal output terminal Rx3 are connected to the RF4 terminal via a diplexer DiPX20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
