PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercept system capable of miniaturizing a cipher terminating apparatus inside a network since communication intercept is made possible for a specified terminal and ciphering is performed end-to-end other than a specified terminal call. SOLUTION: The intercept system has an authentication device for judging whether or not a terminal is pertinent to the specified terminal to intercept, and a call control part for connecting the call to the cipher terminating apparatus when the authentication device judges that it is the call of the specified terminal.
